ELMOD is a computer program designed to help engineers maintain and rehabilitate road and airfield networks. It can analyze structural data, based on user-defined parameters, and design overlays for roads and airfields using Forward and Half-Width Deflection measurements. ELMOD 6 has been redesigned to be more user-friendly and compatible with Windows Vista, XP, and 2000.
